| Tiivistelmä: | The EEC agreement on creating a unified internal market till 1992 makes a difference for public utilities too. Important procurement contracts should be announced publicly, all posts which do not involve state secrets held open for citizens of the EEC countries. To competitive activities of public utilities no subsidies should be given and competition cannot in this area be restrained. |
