| Tiivistelmä: | The question arises if France can export its manner of managing companies to Eastern Europe? The answer given to this question is based on experiences gained in China, Algeria, Czechoslovakia and Bulgaria with different contexts. It was found that the Eastern European partners are more interested in the British denationalization programme than in the efforts to maintain balance between the public and the private sector a la French. For the countries of Eastern Europe the French legal and accountancy model is attractive while the French way of management seems somewhat magic and inapplicable. |
