Tiivistelmä: | In this article the focus is on a particular type of service: professional services. Because of the nature of this type of service, cooperation between the provider and the customer is a necessity. This article therefore focuses on the characteristics of a customer that a provider values. The article reports on a study made upon quality dimensions of services provided by architectural firms in Sweden. The objective of the study was to characterize the service from a perspective of the service quality concept. |
