| Tiivistelmä: | According to the article, increasingly global corporations are in need of new ways to tackle human rights challenges. This paper introduces five views on innovative solutions, all based on the constructs of dialogue, empowerment and constructive engagement. All three approaches emphasize the increased and more active role of corporations in the protection of human rights. The article consists of 5 different research projects that were all presented during the Second Swiss Master Class in Corporate Social Responsibility, held in Lausanne, Swizerland on December 12, 2008. |
