| Tiivistelmä: | A multiple-respondents survey for ICT, pharmaceutical and food industry companies in Greece was performed in order to investigate knowledge-sharing mechanisms. The analysis based on empirical testing of hypotheses about the role of context in knowledge sharing. The survey indicated that contextual factors that shape organizational culture are vital for improving knowledge transfer and usefulness of knowledge may lead to innovation of new products. |
