| Tiivistelmä: | Bridging the expectation gap between internal auditing and accounting students and practitioners is a primary focus of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and American Accounting Association (AAA). Students are frequently unprepared for the rigor of internal auditing work and the breadth of expertise required for early success. Most practitioners do not interact routinely with students and educators. The student's transition to practitioner can be improved by forming a partnership to enhance internal auditing education. |
