| Tiivistelmä: | Full potential of e-mail is not recognized, although it is an essential communication medium in business today. Sender can produce e-mail easily, and reader can also understand e-mail message quickly and easily. However speedy e-mail writing can cause problems and result in much slower e-mail reading and even miscommunication. The main purpose of this article is to help people become more efficient and effective in the use of e-mail services. The author´s try to facilitate the communication of people and draw guidelines to sending, reading, writing and processing an e-mail. |
