| Tiivistelmä: | A general overview is presented of the evaluation of investment projects with six proposed rules of good practice which lead to successful investments: l./ strategic consistency; 2./ rigorous application of economic rules; 3./ systematic financial evaluation; 4./ development of a sufficient number of alternatives; 5./ sufficient attention to qualitative factor; 6./ rigor in monitoring implementation. Emphasis is put on some of the evaluation principles which are advisable to adopt, in particular in the financial area. |
