| Tiivistelmä: | For a number of internal and external reasons, the performances of a company may decline with time. It is therefore necessary to have a policy for projects and to adopt methods for evaluating them. Various phases of those methods /definition of the idea, definition of criteria, collection of data, measurement of sensibility of results to variation of data, decision making, planification and realization/ are mentioned with explanation of the benefits of a popular-minded "Task Force" whose duty is to take care of the projects. |
