| Tiivistelmä: | The author,pioneer of research in the field of Risk Management estimates the function of the risk manager by developing a special method called analysis by risk centra. This new category is defined as a subgroup consisting of four kinds of resources (human,technical,commercial and financial) used to realize a specific objective and being at the disposal of one responsible person. By the use of the method of risk centra managers can avoid the worst consequences of a potential misfortune: total paralyzation of the company's activities due to the destruction of one or several relatively small functional units. |
