| Tiivistelmä: | It is intended to make a status on the Royal Legislation No 495, which installs a system where work and training of the young people between 18 and 25 years are joined, and which reduces temporarily the social security contribution, paid for them. This activity is to contribute to create jobs and to resorb the worklessness by making easier the integration of the young people into professional life. One plant, in Mol, of the group of Glaverbel, which has two producing activities with a high potential, is open for this initiative. The very first evaluation of two year's work was done by responsible persons of Glaverbel and the professional training center, and it is shown how positive this experience is both for the youth and the company. |
