| Tiivistelmä: | It is argued that data processing, inside a corporation, follows an evolution comparable with the nervous system of the vertebrates. Today, data processing has to jump from the level of programmed reflexes to the level of decision-aid systems -in comparison: emergence of the neo-cortex out the primitive reptilian brain. The information-centre is held to be a non-procedural tool in decision-making, and so to be a very powerful level for this deep mutation. |
