| Tiivistelmä: | Being self-managing, professionals have a dislike of management both in the active and the passive sense.The output of their work is difficult for others to evaluate because there is no clear concensus on the definition of performance indicators. Professional management is necessary,as professionals' efforts and activities must be in line with the objectives of the organisation. Professional management should reach maximum harmonization between the aims of the organisation and the personal objectives of the professional employees. |
