| Tiivistelmä: | It is proposed that the shift to a more participative,entrepreneurial workplace begets new problems as it resolves old ones. The new problems are: equity of pay - increasingly the new workforce challenges the legitimacy of pay and how the payroll is divided; the impact of new entrepreneurial management controls; the threat to equal opportunity goals brought on by the increasing demand for greater commitment to work at the expense of family life. |
