| Tiivistelmä: | This article aims at looking into new aspects of management, employee relations in industrial production. There are differences of opinion on the actual implementation of common goals btw. management and employees which the article attempts to analyze using a case study in an Danish industrial enterprise. Upon two key concepts of contemporary organizational theory are drawn: iso-morphism and decoupling. In addition, these concepts are employed in combination with elements of phenomenological every-day life theory (original in Danish). |
