| Tiivistelmä: | The challenges that digital technologies pose for national and international regulation of intellectual property rights are receiving considerable attention these days from governmental commissions. In September 1995 the Clinton administration's National Information Infrastructure Task Force Working Group on Intellectual property Rights issued its White Paper on Intellectual Property and the National Information Infrastructure. Two months before, the Commission of the European Communities issued its Green Paper on Copyright and Related Rights in the Information Society. |
