| Tiivistelmä: | Between the fall of the Milosevic regime in 2000 Serbia-Montenegro experienced protracted secular decline, which antedated the ascendancy of Milosevic, but which was intensified thereafter. The object here is to apply the structural model to Yuogoslavia's (counter-) developmental experience. The authors ask what happened to its economy during this period of negative growth. |
