| Tiivistelmä: | The problems of technology transfer transactions are discussed in general. The historic and legal side of the question is examined. Nigeria's technology policy and the registration system are described. The specific requirements for registration are listed.The specific features of the technology policy are highlighted. A critique is presented of the assumption and attitude underlying the NOIP act. Data are presented about the nature and pattern of restrictive and unacceptable contractual terms in agreements submitted for registration.The divergences of views and positions about the transfer of technology code are outlined. |
