| Tiivistelmä: | The article explores the diffusion of employment practices from the foreign operations of multinational companies (MNCs) to those in the home country. Specifically, it uses data from 10 mini-case studies to examine the type of multinational in which this phenomenon, termed "reverse diffusion", is most likely to be found. The 10 MNCs studied are all British-owned and operated companies from the manufacturing sector. Semi-structured interviews at multiple levels were conducted. |
