| Tiivistelmä: | This paper highlights the diversity and many faces of non-union employee representation (NER) in the USA and Canada. A six-dimensional descriptive schema is proposed to categorise observed NER practices and four "faces" of NER is developed to unbundle the NER controversy which is a tangled skein consisting of many different threads of values. |
