| Tiivistelmä: | This article reports findings from a survey of representatives in Employment Tribunal cases focusing on their views regarding the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service ACAS. The results show that ACAS officers are influential and effective in promoting settlement. High levels of satisfaction is also reported. |
