Tiivistelmä:This article sets out to look at the real meaning of 'user friendliness', to look at whether it can be achieved and to provide some ideas for helping to achieve a greater level of systems usability. The author explains that 'user friendly' is not necessarily the same as good system usability. Friendliness, whilst highly desirable, is just one of many requirements. Achieving the desirable level of system usability is an important element of an organisation's information technology strategy.
