| Tiivistelmä: | With all the numerous and far-reaching changes in higher education today the Research and Technical Committee decided to tackle the issue head on by a hosting a seminar under the banner Management Accounting in Universities. Fourteen offers to present papers were received, of which five were selected. The key initial proposals for the new system were as follows: all income except earnings for the university as a whole would be credited to the school that earned it. A distinction was to be made between core and residual income. |
