| Tiivistelmä: | In this article the authors examine the various aspects of the decision support process in more detail and make recommendations aimed at helping management accountants to play a key role as decision support personnel. The hardware used to support decision in most organisations is a combination of mainframe and personal computers. While many of these PCs are "stand alone" machines, there is a discernable trend towards grouping them in local area networks. |
