| Tiivistelmä: | Business leaders, especially those at multinational firms, need effective decision-support systems. A globally harmonized management accounting master can integrate multiple accounting systems, serving as a "blueprint" for organizational alingments, and providing benchmarks for management decision making. To make it work, current business units must be reconfigured or supplemented with local centres comprised of comparable units across divisions and countries. The result is integrated local reporting for management information and control. |
