| Tiivistelmä: | China intends to practise system of material-distributing and delivering in an all-round way in the large and medium- sized cities during the Nine Five-Year Plan period and establish a large batch of centres of such a kind by the 21st century in a bid to form a modernized complete distributing and delivering system with wide radiating range . In view of this, this paper raises the following countermeasure suggestions: 1. taking "two fundamental shifts to be realized" as the turning point and developing actively socialist market economy to create a good social environment, 2. Implementing "group strategy" and adjusting organizational structure and asset reserve to enhance the economic strength of enterprises specializing in circulation 3, Perfecting service function and improving service quality in an effort to obtain good reputation. |
