| Tiivistelmä: | The key to success in technological innovation lies in the rational choice of innovation strategy. Medium-and small-sized enterprises should make innovation selectively in accordance with different markets and technological fields and take the selective technological innovation strategy to obtain the technological advantage in a certain aspect. At the same time they should embark on the road of technological cooperation if they want to realize industrial upgrading and technological change. Besides, the technological innovation of medium-and small-sized enterprises needs the macro support from the government in today's world market where monopoly exists commonly. |
