| Tiivistelmä: | The proportion of export volume of state-owned companies engaged in export of machinery and electrical products in the total volume of export of such products has fallen year by year for they have difficulties in operation. There exist such major problems as high assets-liability ratio, worsening capital structure, large proportion of labour and material-intensive products, low-level vicious competition among local companies, which makes difficult the formation of economy of scale, narrowing space for the activities of export companies due to the expanding of production enterprises engaged in export independently and drain of personnel.
