| Tiivistelmä: | The author thinks that the following three aspects in China's tactics on introducing foreign investment after the Asian financial crisis need to arouse attention and be adjusted: 1. shifting the key point and adjusting the strategy. By now, among the actually utilized foreign investment, 85% come from the Asian area and only 10% from the European and American advanced areas. So after the Asian financial crisis, China is facing a new strategic transfer in choosing the key point of introducing foreign investment. 2.
