| Tiivistelmä: | To implement creatively the strategy of aiding the poor by sci-tech development, we should focus on the following: 1. sticking to the unification of economic, social and ecological benefits, coordinated development of farming forestry, animal husbandry, sideline production and fishery and conducting comprehensive development of agriculture, 2. embarking on the road of combining agriculture with science and education and popularizing with great efforts agricultural sci-tech achievements and the advanced applied technology; 3. strengthening sci-tech demonstration and management and the development of the service system for popularizing sci-tech achievements; 4. spreading sci-tech knowledge among the people and improving the cultural and scientific quality of labourers. 5. bringing into full play the government's role of coordination, guidance and service. |
