Tiivistelmä:A study was conducted on the use of information and decision making by practicing marketing managers. The interaction of managerial experience and decision program-mobility is examined. The results indicate that experience is an important determinant of managers' behaviour for relatively unprogrammed decisions. Unprogrammed decision making can be improved by training managers and modeling managers.
