| Tiivistelmä: | The IMF, World Bank, OECD, and EBRD made a joint study of the Soviet economy to make recommendations for its reform and to establish the conditions for Western economic assistance to support a reform effectively. The study suggests that no further aid should be provided until a coherent reform programme has been introduced, and the relations between Moscow and the republics have been stabilised. |
