| Tiivistelmä: | If a company's outside representative does not treat the customers in a proper manner, he or she will not be successful and, at the same time, does considerable harm to the image of the organization. Consequently, he must consider his conduct and account for his actions. This can be accomplished with the aid of a standardized procedure giving "insight". Therefore, the name of this procedure is also "Insight". It can be used not only for diagnostic purposes, but for personal development and training too. Some results of the application of this procedure are reported. |
