| Tiivistelmä: | Two problems face the users of the orbit spectrum: first, the issue of whether congestion of the orbit spectrum will be a problem in the future. The second problem relates to difficulties which are expected to arise in negotiating over the development, operation and maintenance of space stations. Such factors are analyzed as the role of satellite technology and the structure of industry, and the integration of common property resources with private property technology. |
