| Tiivistelmä: | The sujet of a poem is different from the sujet of prose. It does not portray one of many possible occurrences but "the only" important, stylized occurrence of the world. It is more like the myth than like the novel. This theory is illustrated by Pushkin's portrayal of his banning to the South which is stylised into a voluntary fleeing from the town into the countryside. |
