| Tiivistelmä: | In the past few years, the new high-tech industrial open economic zones have been established all over the country to promote the combination of scientific research, education and production, and to drive ahead the coordinated development of science & technology and economy society. But till today few high-tech open economic zones have formed themselves into those with complete functions. In view of this, this paper analyses the major problems which make impact on the healthy development of the high-tech development zones in our country and puts forward a practical countermeasure for reference. |
