Tiivistelmä:One of the most interesting properties of entrepreneur's behaviour is his understanding of and dealing with the risk. There are several approaches to the analysis of this phenomenom. One of them is from the stand-point of organizational culture. For an entrepreneur's risk understanding so called optimism is typical, which comes out of his commitment to the idea, its correctness and social usefulness.Out of this conviction he pumps the energy to persist until the final realisation of his idea. But however only a wish does not assure yet the success. The environment in which an entrepreneur lives is namely very complex and unpredictable, so he is in a constant danger for his effort to be successful. The only way for an entrepreneur to achieve his objective in a changeable environment is to act systematically and by stages. Therefore a successful entrepreneur knows how to connect optimally the two values: optimism and systematics.
