| Tiivistelmä: | In the process of the transformation of Slovenian companies the obsolete basic model of the privately-owned enterprise was established.In the unconditional tendency to maximize the profit according to this model the country, which respects the ethics, presents the contrast to the enterprise's success.Further, the corruption and the economic crime should be added being unavoidable in the transformation of society.Should the transition of the Slovenian enterprises be successful then it ought to proceed from a modern fundamental model as a quasi-public institution.This can not be achieved without the support of modern ethics of the enterprise which should provide the (Slovenian) enterprise with credibility. |
