| Tiivistelmä: | This article analyzes, on the basis of the systematic summing up of the historical experience and of the enormous investigation and research of the new realistic situation, the new model that in the state-owned enterprises the responsibilities of both the party work and administration work fall on one shoulder and that the leaders cross hold posts concurrently, which has the Chinese features. It also probes, in a realistic way, into the structural characteristics of the new model, the cause of its coming into being, the function of the model and the measures to take to promote the popularity of the model. |
