| Tiivistelmä: | Experienced systems developers have a lot of value to bring to the client/server development challenge, but managers must realize the amount of unlearning and relearning which is necessary. The smaller and simpler early projects are not classroom exercises, they should be selected to provide business benefit which far exceeds their development costs. By undertaking these projects early on, a systems organization can position itself to maximize success and avoid spectacular failure. |
