Tiivistelmä:In this article the author explores the use of drawings as a diagnostic tool for team development. The particular emphasis of drawings is that they usually capture the underlying emotional issues present in the team's work. This emotional experience is expressive of relations between the individual, their role and the team as a whole. When teams are working with and from their emotional experience, rather than denying, avoiding or ignoring it, they are often able to find new and creative ways of planning for strategic action and change.
