| Tiivistelmä: | The comparison of some American and European theories of enterprise's policy with the general model of managing the enterprise's policy, developed by Professor Dr. Janko Kralj, points out the different uses of the expression "enterprise's policy" ("business policy").In American literature expressions "business policy" or "policies" are usually used in the sense of a general guide to action or procedures and rules, for the policy in a creative sense is used the expression "strategic management".In European literature the enterprise's policy is understood in a creative sense.Such creative understanding of the enterprise's policy is also used in the general model of managing the enterprise's policy, which was developed by Professor Dr.Janko Kralj and in which the enterprise's policy and its making is the starting activity in directing an enterprise. |
