| Tiivistelmä: | According to the state's stipulations, the overseas enterprises can enter directly China's markets with funds to accept the projects of engineering construction. In the past several years, more than 1,000 foreign enterprises have undertaken the projects in the fields of infrastructure and cities' communications. During the 5 years from now on to 2000, China will plan to construct approx. 230 cities and towns and 5000 market towns. So 1.2 billion square metres of urban housing space and 3 billion square metres of rural housing space will be increased respectively. The old housing with 2.9 billion square metres needs to be reconstructed. |
