| Tiivistelmä: | The south western area of China abounds in the resources like mineral resources, water energy, forest as well as petroleum gas while the north western area is rich in coal, petroleum and rare metal. Taking advantage of the superiority's of resources in the central and western areas, China should introduce the technology for the development of resources, encourage foreign investment in the projects for the development of resources and the construction of related infrastructure. In this way, the labor-intensive industrial technology, that is, applicable technology, can be developed by using foreign investment in order to establish "transitional industry". Besides, the enterprises engaged in the production, processing and comprehensive development of farm products and the products of animal origin can be established. |
