This paper discusses the development and testing of a theoretical model of Is project team performance. Empirical analysis suggests that team members' perceptions of their ability to represent users' views during a project is a significant predictor of the team's perception of their overall performance Another significant predictor is team members' belief in their personal involvement in the development process. |
