| Tiivistelmä: | The determinants and effects of antidumping law and practice have been subject of analysis in a substantial number of theoretical and empirical studies. Theoretical work has dealt with the welfare and strategic effects of antidumping laws under alternative market structures and with industries' incentives to petition for antidumping in vertically related industries. Empirical work has examined the propensity to petition for antidumping protection, the importance of economic versus political-economy factors in anti-dumping decisions. |
