Tiivistelmä:The only way to get better at what one do is to provide candid, timely performance evaluations. Reviews still seem to be the most painful ritual in business. Few of us enjoy hearing about our shortcomings, and few of our bosses and collegues look forward to describing them. The work itself has changed to more team-oriented, less individualistic. The reviews also need to be changed. This article gives a program to improve performance with reviews.
