Academic literature in the field of business ethics has four dominant streams. Normative/Philosophical literature is largely the domain of philosophers, Meta-Ethical/ Analytical literature is the most recent and as yet undeveloped area of ethical research, investigating questions of meaning and justification relating to the corporate and individual decision-making process. |
