| Tiivistelmä: | The numbers of laid off employees in state-owned economic units as well as in collective economic units are 5,730,000 and 2,870,000 respectively, constituting 64.3% and 32.2% of total laid off workers. These laid off employees mainly group in manufacturing industry and retail trade. Among them, those with a junior high school diploma constitute 62 per cent, with a senior high school diploma constitute 29 percent, while females hold 59,2 per cent. To promote the re-employment of laid off workers, the urgent task on hand is to help them establish new employment views. Every aspect of the society should make great efforts to develop new growing point for employment and help settle down laid off workers in various ways. Perfect the labor market and strength the training system of employment service. Set up re-employment funds, perfect the unemployment insurance etc. |
