| Tiivistelmä: | After the latter half of 1998, the central government adopted the positive financial policy,i.e. by the use of proper deficit budget and the increase of national debts issued to the commercial banks to enlarge the expenditure as an important means to initial the economic growth. This, however, must be supported by the consumption demand and the monetary policy. Hence, the focus of the government's macro-regulation should be on the promotion of the growth of consumption demand in order to turn both investment and consumption into motion. |
